What this covers

This notice applies to the Synapse Web Demo at https://demo.synapseworks.org.

Uploaded transcripts and generated outputs stay in your current browser session. They are not stored after the session ends.
Jira credentials (URL, user, API token) are kept only in session memory for syncing during that session. They are not persisted to the database.
Operational logging captures minimal, aggregated events (e.g., pipeline run counts, health checks) for stability.

Analytics run via Cloudflare Zaraz + Google Analytics only after you give consent through the cookie settings control.

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to opt in or change analytics consent at any time.
You can refresh or close the browser to clear the session data.
